§ 153.1393 ABANDONMENT.
   (A)   If a non-conformity is abandoned for 12 months, any future use of such premises shall be in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   Abandonment of a non-conformity shall terminate the right to continue the non-conformity.
