§ 153.1321 WAIVER.
   The Code Enforcement Officer is authorized to waive the off-street loading requirements for structures that are required to provide and maintain fewer than five off-street parking spaces, or any other structure if the design and the proposed use of the structure shows no need of off-street loading.
