Off-street truck loading facilities shall be located on the same lot on which the structure for which they are provided is located. However, loading facilities that are available under a cooperative arrangement (refer to § 153.1319 of this chapter) may be located on another site not more than 300 feet from the structure for which they are provided. Service entrances and service yards shall be located only in the rear or side yard. Service yards shall be screened from adjacent residentially zoned or used property by the installation of a buffer yard, as set forth in the greenspace standards (§§ 153.1105 through 153.1110 of this chapter).
