Applications for subdivision or site plan approval shall include a true copy of any dredge or fill development approval requested or issued pursuant to § 404 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, 33 U.S.C. § 1344, or any other action requiring wetland mitigation. The applicant shall notify the Code Enforcement Officer of any changes or conditions to the application that are issued prior to final plat approval.
