§ 153.1252 MEASUREMENT OF SLOPE.
SLOPE means the ratio of elevation change to horizontal distance, expressed as a percentage. Slope is computed by dividing the vertical distance (“rise”) by the horizontal distance (“run”) and multiplying the ratio by 100. For purposes of this section, a slope shall include only those areas of a size 400 square feet or greater. Four different categories of slopes are established in this section and described in Table 153.1253(A) of this chapter. The construction and development restrictions are established in Table 153.1253(A) of this chapter for each category of slope.
