§ 153.1238 DIMENSIONAL REGULATIONS.
   In lieu of the dimensional regulations generally applicable to the zoning district, the standards in Table 153.1239(B) of this chapter shall apply to each riparian corridor zone. These standards do not apply to public greenways or necessary public utilities.
