§ 153.1206 GENERALLY.
   (A)   House-lot landscaping must be located between the principal structure and the street.
   (B)   At least 20% of the calculation area of a site must have canopy cover either by preservation or by installation. The CALCULATION AREA means the total area of the lot or parcel less the building footprint.
   (C)   If preservation is used, trees must have a protective device around the tree as required by §§ 153.1205 through 153.1208 of this chapter.
