(A) Storm sewers shall have sufficient capacity to accommodate full flow under the design discharge, pressure heads and outfalls.
(B) Storm sewer pipe size and materials shall be approved in writing by the Director of Public Works or shall be specified by a licensed professional engineer.
(C) Storm sewer easements shall have a minimum width of 15 feet, or six feet on both sides of the extreme limits of the storm sewer, whichever is greater.
