§ 153.1038 OPTIONS.

   Options available to developers to participate in the RSWMP include:

   (A)   Payment of a fee in lieu of on-site detention. The fee schedule is established by resolution of the city;

   (B)   Construction of an RSWF to mitigate an existing flooding problem; and

   (C)   Construction or participation in the construction of an RSWF to mitigate increased storm water run-off anticipated by ultimate development of the watershed.
