§ 34.141 DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE.
   (A)   The manufacturing, distribution, dispensation, possession and use of unlawful drugs or alcohol on city premises or during work hours by city employees is strictly prohibited.
   (B)   Employees must notify the city within five days of any conviction for a drug violation in the workplace.
   (C)   Violation of this policy can result in disciplinary action, including termination. Continued poor performance or failure to successfully complete an assigned rehabilitation program may result in termination.
   (D)   Employees who are required to maintain a commercial driver’s license (CDL) are subject to random drug testing as required by the Federal Government in conformance with adopted city policy.
