(A) Generally. All construction shall conform to the city’s standard specifications to the extent consistent with this chapter.
(B) Sampling and testing. Sampling and testing of materials, and laboratory inspection of materials and processes, shall be performed at the expense of the developer. Firms providing construction materials testing services must have an established in-house laboratory whose tests meet the standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials requirements.
