(A) Notice. Within ten days following rejection of a development agreement, the city or County Clerk shall give notice of such action to the applicant at the address shown on the application and to the Planning Commission through the Code Enforcement Officer.
(B) Recordation of agreement.
(1) Within ten days following complete execution of a development agreement, the City Clerk/Finance Director shall record with the Recorder of Deeds a fully executed copy of the development agreement and ordinance, which shall describe the land subject thereto.
(2) The agreement shall be binding upon, and the benefits of the agreement shall inure to the parties and all successors in interest to, the parties of the development agreement.
