§ 153.0955 COMPLETENESS REVIEW.
   Upon submission of an application for a development agreement, the Code Enforcement Officer shall review the application and accompanying documentation for legal sufficiency, compliance with technical requirements, consistency with the adopted Comprehensive Plan for the city, and applicable specific plans and applicable city rules, regulations and policies. Upon satisfactory completion of such review, the Code Enforcement Officer shall place the matter on the agenda of the Planning Commission for public hearing at the next regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. If the application for development agreement is incomplete or legally insufficient, the Code Enforcement Officer shall notify the applicant by certified U.S. mail, return receipt requested, within 14 days after the date of submission of such application. Said notifications shall detail the specific grounds for rejection of the application. The applicant may resubmit at any time.
