This section applies to any development agreement entered into between an applicant and the city in order to:
(A) Enforce a condition of development approval;
(B) Recognize the existence of vested rights;
(C) Provide for the provision of infrastructure, design amenities or other conditions; and/or
(D) Resolve potential legal disputes.
