The Board of Adjustment shall hold a public hearing. Notice shall be provided as set forth in this chapter. The Code Enforcement Officer shall submit a report to the Board of Adjustment and the applicant who evaluates the application based on the criteria required by this section. The Board of Adjustment shall render a decision and deny, approve or approve with conditions the variance after considering the evidence presented at this hearing or agreed on by the parties.
