§ 153.0905 POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
   (A)   The Board of Adjustment shall consider and decide all applications for variances and appeals, except as otherwise provided in the UDC, and take testimony and evidence as provided in the UDC.
   (B)   Failure to comply with or maintain compliance with any conditions imposed by the Board of Adjustment or the Code Enforcement Officer on an application shall constitute a violation of the UDC.
