The subdivision improvement agreement shall provide that the covenants contained therein shall run with the land and bind all successors, heirs and assignees of the applicant. The subdivision improvement agreement shall be recorded with the Register of Deeds. All existing lienholders shall be required to subordinate their liens to the covenants contained in the subdivision improvement agreement.
