(A) (1) The final plat and related materials shall be approved or disapproved by the Code Enforcement Officer within 30 days after a complete application is filed.
(2) Approval shall be in the form of a written letter to the subdivider advising that the final plat and engineering plans, as required, meet all local and state requirements and that the original of the final plat may be submitted to the Code Enforcement Officer.
(B) (1) The Code Enforcement Officer shall execute the plat.
(2) The action of the Code Enforcement Officer shall be noted on all copies of the final plat to be retained as required for records or further action of the department or other affected agencies of the city or state.
(3) Following execution of the final plat, the applicant shall record it with the Register of Deeds.
(C) The Code Enforcement Officer may introduce conditions not applied to previous applications only upon finding that new information reveals conditions that directly affect the subdivision’s ability to satisfy the criteria established in § 153.0815 of this chapter.
