Upon submittal of the copies of the final plat and other required materials, the Code Enforcement Officer shall review the application for completeness, and shall initiate and coordinate review by the affected city and state agencies in order to determine substantial compliance with the approved preliminary plat and general compliance with the provisions of the ordinance set forth herein and other applicable laws and regulations.
