The materials required by §§ 153.1645 through 153.1658 of this chapter shall be submitted to the Code Enforcement Officer for a determination as to whether it complies with the approved preliminary plat. The subdivider may submit final plat copies for only that portion of the approved preliminary plat that they propose to record and develop at that time, if such portion conforms to all requirements of this chapter. The final plat shall conform to the approved preliminary plat. Any deviation from the approved preliminary plat that does not constitute a minor amendment requires additional review and approval by the Planning Commission.
