§ 153.0752 SKETCH PLAT PROCEDURES.
   The applicant may file a sketch plat with the Code Enforcement Officer. The Code Enforcement Officer may meet with the applicant to discuss the procedures for processing a subdivision plat. A sketch plat shall not be formally approved or denied and is not binding on either the applicant or the city.
