§ 153.0747 EXEMPTIONS.
   A subdivision plat is not required for any of the following:
   (A)   The combination or recombination of portions of previously subdivided and recorded lots where the total number of lots is not increased and the resultant lots are equal to or exceed the standards of the city;
   (B)   The public acquisition by purchase of strips of land for the widening or opening of streets; and
   (C)   If a court orders the partition of land by dividing the same among the owners; provided that, the city is made a party defendant to said action and gives its consent.
