(A) The site plan expires unless a final plat is approved within 18 months from the approval of the site plan that plats at least 20 acres or 8% of the net area of the site plan area.
(B) The site plan expires unless 50% of the net area within the approved site plan is the subject of final plats or other development approval within ten years from the date of approval of the site plan. The remaining 50% must obtain final plat or development approval and commence substantial construction within ten years after the initial 50% of the net area within the site plan has been platted or developed.
(C) Development activities subject to this section shall conform to the approved site plan and any conditions or restrictions. Any deviation from the approved site plan, unless approved in advance and in writing by the Code Enforcement Officer, is deemed a violation of the UDC.
