§ 153.0684 DECISION.
   (A)   The procedure for approving a conditional zoning classification is the same as is required for a rezoning and as further provided in this section.
   (B)   In approving the conditional zoning classification, the city may impose such requirements and safeguards as indicated by § 153.0685 of this chapter and may specifically authorize the location of uses, subject to the requirements set forth.
