§ 153.0668 SCOPE OF APPROVAL.
   An amendment to the UDC or a rezoning does not authorize the development of land. An amendment authorizes the applicant to apply for development approval consisting of a development approval, in the case of uses permitted as of right; a CUP, in the case of uses designated as conditional uses within the applicable zoning district; or to proceed with site plan or subdivision plat approval. An amendment does not supersede any requirement for site plan or subdivision plat approval by the UDC.
