§ 153.0646 SCOPE OF APPROVAL.
   (A)   The approval of an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan does not authorize the use, occupancy or development of property.
   (B)   The approval of a plan amendment shall require the applicant to apply for zoning changes and/or subdivision or site plan approval consistent with the goals, objectives and policies of the Comprehensive Plan.
