§ 153.0643 COMPLETENESS REVIEW.
   The Code Enforcement Officer shall review the Comprehensive Plan amendment application and shall determine if the application is complete pursuant to this section. The Code Enforcement Officer shall inform the applicant of the status of the completeness of the application. If the Code Enforcement Officer determines that the application is incomplete, the application shall be returned to the applicant along with the requisite fees. The applicant shall be instructed as to the reasons for the incompleteness of the application and informed of the schedule for the next application period.
