§ 153.0628 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   (A)   Requirement. All uses, including non-conforming uses, shall obtain a certificate of occupancy where required by the Uniform Building Code or other applicable national building code, state law and this chapter. All of the requirements and conditions contained in any development approvals applicable to the property, including zoning, site plan and subdivision final plat approval, that have not been met at the time of the issuance of the development approval, shall be required to have been met before the issuance of any certificate of occupancy.
   (B)   Records. The Code Enforcement Officer shall maintain a record of all ministerial development orders. Copies shall be furnished, upon request, to any person upon the payment of a fee established by the city.
