The agency shall prepare a development order approving, approving with conditions or denying the Code Enforcement Officer’s recommendation. The development order shall contain findings that address the basis for the decision. The development order shall state the condition or conditions that have been violated and the harm such violation has caused. In the case of a suspension of the use, the development order shall state the length of time such violation can be cured. In the case of a termination, the development order shall state the reason such violation cannot be cured.
