§ 153.0547 RECORDS.
   The City Clerk/Finance Director or the City Clerk/Finance Director’s designee shall provide for minutes to be written, shall retain the evidence submitted within the hearing time allotted for the item being considered and shall include a summary of the considerations and the action of the Planning Commission.
