(A) (1) If the reviewing agency fails to act within the time period required for completeness review, the applicant must send notice to the City Clerk/Finance Director requesting action.
(2) The City Clerk/Finance Director shall notify the appropriate respondent.
(B) If the reviewing agency fails to act within the time period required for completeness review after the reviewing agency’s receipt of notice from the City Clerk/Finance Director, the application is deemed complete.
