Before any application is filed with the Code Enforcement Officer, any applicant for a legislative or quasi-judicial development approval may elect to attend a pre-application meeting with the Code Enforcement Officer. The purpose of the pre-application meeting is to discuss, in general, the procedures and substantive requirements for the application.
