Except as provided in § 153.0466 of this chapter, any variance authorized to this subdivision shall be so conditioned as to require the owner of the structure or tree in question, at his or her own expense, to install, operate and maintain such markers and lights as may be deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals, acting with the advice and recommendation of the FAA or the airport manager.
