This section in its entirety shall be considered by the Zoning Administrator when reviewing applications for zoning development approvals. The applicant for a zoning development approval shall include and submit adequate information and detail necessary to ensure that the limitations of this subdivision shall not be exceeded. Such information shall include, at a minimum, a completed Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Form 7460-1, along with the comments submitted on the completed Form 7460-1 by the FAA.
