(A) There is created within the city certain zones that include all of the land lying within instrument approach zones, non-instrument approach zones, transition zones, horizontal zones and conical zones, as defined in this section. Such area and zones are shown on a map entitled “Zoning Overlay Map”, consisting of one sheet, attached as part of the “Airport Master Plan”(3-15-2007; 12- -2014). This map is adopted and made a part of this section by reference. This map shall be filed and kept as a part of the official zoning map of the city.
(B) Airport zones, as shown on the city’s “Airport Zoning Map”, are established and defined in Table 153.0462(A) of this chapter.
