No plat, map or drawing, or section of or amendment to any such plat, map or drawing, shall exceed a maximum of 23 inches by 17-1/2 inches, with the exception of county and city subdivision plats, which will not exceed 22 inches by 27 inches. Subdivision plats will comply with the city and county standards set by both the City and County Planning Commissions.
