Violations of the provisions of this article by any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, or agent, shall be a civil infraction, punishable by a fine of up to $250. Each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this article is committed or continued shall constitute a separate offense. Greenville County may also seek injunctive relief, issue “stop work” orders or may institute any other appropriate action in courts of competent jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this article.
