A violation of this division shall be deemed an infraction punishable by a fine of $500. Each day or portion thereof during which any violation of the provisions of this division is committed shall constitute a separate and distinct infraction. A violation of this division is hereby further declared to be a public nuisance which may be abated by Greenville County by way of restraining order, preliminary and permanent injunction, or any other means permitted by law and the county may take action to recover the cost of any nuisance abatement action taken hereunder.
