§ 2.5-41 REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to act in the capacity of, or engage in the activity of, an escort bureau or an introductory service within the county without a valid license issued pursuant to the provisions of this article. A separate license is required for each location or type of activity licensed pursuant to this article. Each escort bureau and/or introductory service that operates or advertises its services in the county shall provide a physical location address within the county to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office. In the event an escort bureau or introductory service moves from its physical location the owner shall notify the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office of the new physical address within 30 days of the move to the new location. Each escort bureau and/or introductory service owner shall have at least 1 licensed employee per licensed business location. In the event an owner owns more than 1 escort bureau and/or introductory service there shall be at least 1 different licensed employee per business location.
