(a) The application fee for the initial application required in § 2.5-42 shall be in the amount of $300. Upon approval, a 1-time license fee of $200 shall be assessed. An annual renewal fee of $100 shall be charged for the renewal of an existing license.
(b) The application fee for the initial application required in § 2.5-52 shall be in the amount of $200. Upon approval, a 1-time permit fee of $100 shall be assessed. An annual renewal fee of $75 shall be charged for the renewal of an existing permit.
