(a) There is hereby established a mobile home permit fee which shall be charged under the following conditions:
(1) Procedure. Prior to locating a mobile home in the county for dwelling purposes, the owner, rental agent or person in possession shall obtain a mobile home permit from the county codes department.
(2) Fee. The fee to be charged for mobile home permits shall be determined by adding the cost of the minimum electrical permit fee and the minimum plumbing permit fee as established and set forth in the most current county permit fee schedule, which is on file and available for inspection in the office of the clerk of county council and which is hereby adopted as a part of this section.
(b) The mobile home permit fee established herein shall be in addition to the license fee established and required by S.C. Code, § 31-17-340, as amended.
