§ 9-151 ADMINISTRATION.
   It shall be the responsibility and duty of all citizens of Greenville County and more particularly the appropriate law enforcement officers and agencies of Greenville County to report violations of the provisions of this article. The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office and the Greenville County Codes Enforcement Division will be jointly responsible for the enforcement of Division 2 (Litter) and the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office will be primarily responsible for the enforcement of Division 4 (Abandoned Vehicles) unless otherwise provided and shall assist in every way possible with the enforcement of all provisions of this article. The Greenville County Codes Enforcement Division shall be primarily responsible for the enforcement of Division 3 (Weeds and Rank Vegetation), unless otherwise provided. All county departments and agencies shall assist in every way possible with the enforcement of all provisions of this article. This article shall not alter the duties or enforcement requirements of any law enforcement authority as it relates to a particular field and subject, but delineates the duties and responsibilities as they particularly apply to this article.
