§ 9-82 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of the Clean Greenville County Commission shall be to educate the public on proper recycling, litter and beautification practices, to coordinate involvement of Greenville citizens in programs that improve the appearance of Greenville County and to advise Greenville County Council on issues affecting recycling, litter, beatification, and community appearance improvement.
