§ 8-126 PERMIT SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION.

   A Land Disturbance Permit may be suspended or revoked if one or more of the following violations have been committed:

   (a)   Violations of the conditions of approved C-SWPPP or the OS-S WPPP;

   (b)   Construction not in accordance with the letter or intent of the approved plans;

   (c)   Non-compliance with correction notice(s) or stop work order(s);

   (d)   The existence of an immediate danger in a downstream area in the judgment of the Director; or

   (e)   The operator did not renew the land disturbance permit upon the permit’s expiration date.
