§ 8-94 RECORDS OF MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES.
   The responsible parties and/or manager of the property responsible for the maintenance of a stormwater management facilities and/or Best Management Practices shall document the inspection, maintenance and repair activities performed annually and shall submit an annual report of these activities to the County by January 31 of each year for the prior year calendar year and shall keep copies of those inspections on record for future verification by the County for a period of at least 5 years. Those records shall be made available to the County upon request.
