§ 2-176 CONCURRENT SERVICE ON MULTIPLE COUNTY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS AND THE GOVERNING BODIES OF SPECIAL PURPOSE DISTRICT.
   No one shall be appointed to serve on more than 1 board, commission, or governing body of a special purpose district appointed by County Council at any 1 time; however, in the event a person is serving, on July 1, 1991, on more than 1 such board, commission, or governing body, he or she shall be allowed to continue to serve until the expiration of his or her term.
