§ 7-1304 LOCAL HOSPITALITY TAX SPECIAL REVENUE FUND.
   (a)   An interest-bearing, segregated and restricted account to be known as the “Greenville County Local Hospitality Tax Special Revenue Fund” (the “Fund”) is hereby established.
   (b)   All revenues received from the local hospitality tax shall be deposited into the Fund.
   (c)   The principal and any accrued interest in the Fund shall be expended only as permitted by this article and S.C. Code, Title 6, Chapter 1, Article 7.
