§ 7-802 ELECTRONIC RECORD.
   An electronic record is deemed to be secure if:
   (a)   It is created by application of a security procedure that is commercially reasonable and agreed to by the parties;
   (b)   The electronic record can be verified not to have been altered since a specified point in time (cf. S.C. Code, §§ 26-6-10 et seq.).
