To assist the County Council in selecting the person to be appointed as County Attorney, there is hereby created a selection committee to be composed of persons chosen by the Chairperson of the County Council in his discretion. Any selection of a County Attorney shall be made without regard to the race, color, religion, sex, natural origin or political party affiliation of the applicant.
