§ 2-152 QUALIFICATIONS.
   An applicant for the position of County Attorney shall be a graduate of an accredited law school, shall have considerable experience in the practice of law, preferably with experience in local government law and shall be admitted to practice before the South Carolina Supreme Court and the United States District Court for South Carolina, and be in good standing with such courts. He shall be a person of good moral character.
